Announcing a new Irish Tune Class, 6-week session: Mondays, August 3 - Sept. 14 (no class on 8/17), 5:00-6:15pm in Sebastopol (address upon sign-up). Taught by local fiddler Suzuki Cady of the band Hardly Strictly Irish.

Class format: We drink herbal and/or Barry's tea, work on the tune of the week by ear (that was introduced the week prior, with a recording link supplied) along with some technique coaching (if desired). The next tune is introduced. We review of earlier tunes, by request or suggestion.

You'll have access to an online Class Tune Library (Google sheet) with all the tunes we have been (or will be) working on, with links to Suzuki playing each one in various tempos. This is a helpful resource for individual practice, and for collectively choosing what to review each week.

If you have to miss a class, you will still have access to a recording of the new tune being played at various tempos. Let me know if you have any questions.

I look forward to digging into Irish tunes together!

Slainte,
Suzuki Cady
